Find my starting level
An untimed adaptive assessment selects questions as you move forward. Use it to identify areas for a closer look; it does not predict your exam grade.
Assess a topic
Focus on one or more available topics, with adaptive or fixed questions. Choose topics you have covered at school, or mark a question as not studied yet.
Timed practice
Set a question count and time limit. Move back and forth, flag questions and review before submitting. When time ends, saved answers are submitted automatically.

Make the feedback useful.

Your report shows your score, topic evidence and explanations. Skipped questions and topics not studied are recorded separately, so you can distinguish incomplete work from a knowledge gap.

Choose one area to revise, review a worked example, then try questions again after a gap. Confidence ratings help you reflect on your answers; they do not change your score.

Free online practice is available to students in the UAE, across the GCC and internationally. Questions are original or adapted MCQs for diagnostic practice. Coverage varies by course and paper.

Before you begin.

Is the exam practice tool free?

Yes. The practice tool and its feedback are free. Create a free account and confirm your email before starting an assessment. Your answers and reports are available to you and authorised Study Lab staff. You can browse revision pages and worked examples without an account.

Can I return to my assessment?

Yes. Sign in to the same account and open My learning to resume saved work, including on another device. Timed practice continues counting down when the page is closed.

Will my report predict my GCSE or IGCSE grade?

No. It is a snapshot of the questions you attempted, rather than a full exam or grade prediction. Use the explanations to plan revision and discuss the evidence with your teacher.
